KAMORUDEEN AGBOOLA LAWAL (FCA, ACTI, HND) – Managing Partner
K.A.Lawal is a Chartered Accountant and a Tax Practitioner. He is also an Information Technology expert specializing in accounting software implementation and training. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria,(CITN). Mr. Lawal started his working career with Ojo Alao & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants in 1991. He later joined Sparklight Group in 1995 as an Accountant and rose to the position of General Manager (Finance), and resigned in November 2002 for practice. He has participated in many management training, seminars and led many Audit teams on audit assignments to manufacturing and service industries. Mr. Lawal has been widely exposed to computer and system audit, tax planning and consultancy for small and large organizations. He also has over 10 years experience in implementing and training users of various accounting software.
SANNI OLADIMEJI - Associate Consultant
Oladimeji Sanni is an associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and also the Nigerian Institute of Management. He is highly acquainted and intensively exposed to the broad spectrum of financial management, Accounting, Audit and Corporate services functions.
